Davis Appraisal Service offers four (4) types of residential reports for private clients:


  • Full interior/exterior appraisal reports
  • Exterior-only appraisal reports
  • Desktop appraisal reports (office only)
  • Retrospective appraisal reports (e.g. date of death, date of divorce filing, etc.)

What separates Davis Appraisal Service from its competitors is that all appraisal reports are written and researched from scratch (no templates).  I utilize analytics software to trend market performance metrics and build regression models.  I utilize the most expensive and sophisticated appraisal software in the industry.  I offer over 25 years of experience and service a large area of 15 counties, some of which most appraisers couldn’t find on a map, but that I could probably drive through blind folded.  I am an expert in all of the 15 counties I service and I have never lost a case as an expert witness.
